Tools for ecological and socioeconomic monitoring

Hello everyone,

One of the areas where the EBM Tools Network would really bulk up its tools database is in the area of monitoring. We are very interested in learning about:

* Tools that can help develop ecological and socioeconomic indicators for monitoring

* Tools that can help develop and implement monitoring plans.

Does anyone know of good tools out there? Documents can count, but we are really interested in tools that walk you through a process rather than a short methods section of someone's monitoring plan. Depending on the volume of responses, we may just send out a summary of responses.
